Q: Do you have a mail-order catalog in print? If so, can you mail me one?
A: Although we have plans to launch a catalog in the future, we do not offer a catalog at this time. Since we are constantly adding new product lines our website is the most up-do-date source for all the products we carry. If you are not comfortable with ordering online you may call us toll free at 1-866-WEST123 to palced a phone order.
If you wish to place an order with payment by check or money order, please feel free to print out our handy one-page Mail Order Form.
Alternatively, you can be kept up-to-date on new incoming products by requesting to be added to our monthly email newsletter, which notes all new products and special sales discounts to all who recieve our email newsletter. To do so, please submit your request using the form below.

Q: I have products to sell that your customers would like. Can I buy the names from your email newsletter list?
A: NO WAY, absolutely not! We NEVER sell email addresses, nor do we sell, rent or share any customer info with anyone for any reason!

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing or a wholesale catalog?
A: No, we only sell to retail customers.

Q: Do you offer any kind of discounts to retail customers who wish to buy in high volume?
A: Yes, on most items—and only as long as the order amount is considered HIGH volume. Volume discounts do not apply to all books, CDs, DVDs & videos. We require full payment by credit card at time of order. The remaining balance for all applicable shipping & handling charges are invoiced & charged to your credit card on day of shipment. Q: I own a small gift shop and would like info on the products you carry. Can you supply me with a list of those whom you deal with?
A: No. Our buyers spend a lot of time & travel in searching for unique, quality products. You will have to do your own homework and legwork.
