Payment & Shipping methods - All The West Gifts & Gourmet, Fort Collins, Colorado

Orders are shipped from Fort Collins, Colorado. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority with actual shipping costs applied to your order, plus a minimal handling fee. We do not ship media mail or parcel post. However, due to the fragile nature of gift baskets, Bunkhouse Gift Baskets are shipped ONLY by UPS (for domestic shipments within the continental US). If you wish to have your package rushed through and shipped other than by normal USPS Priority — such as USPS EXPRESS 2-day, UPS 2nd-Day Air, or UPS 3-Day Select — there is an additional Rush order expidite fee that occurs when you place your order. See EXPRESS SHIPPING info below.

CANCELLED and/or RETURN ORDERS
(U.S. & INTERNATIONAL):
For obvious reasons, an ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
ORDER CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE (toll free: 1-866-WEST123) during our normal daily hours of operation (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm MST) and preferably within 8-12 hours of placing your order online (otherwise the order has most likely been packed and left our facility).
Emailed notifications of order cancelations ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Do not expect the Order Status page to show real-time status of a package! The order status page is updated manually (not in real-time) with the delivery confirmation information, therefore the Order Status (available online) will only reflect the actual package status within 72 hours AFTER shipment. Meaning, often times an order may be showing on the order status page as "in packing" when the reality is the package has shipped and in most cases has already been received by the customer.
Timing is very important -- Never leave a voice mail message if you wish to cancel an order. Please be sure your order cancellation request is made directly to one of our customer service representatives to ensure the order has not yet entered the shipment process. If caught early enough before your order enters the shipment process we often can intervene and successfully recall the order.

We strongly suggest that you choose the INSURED option for shipping at checkout (currently available only for packages shipped within the United States), as we are NOT responsible for items received broken or items that are damaged during shipment. All items are inspected prior to shipping; we do NOT ship defective, damaged, or broken items. Therefore, a re-stocking fee of $10 or 15% (whichever is greater) is placed on any order returned, no matter the reason. Customer assumes all costs of returning the package or items. We do not issue refunds or reimbursements of shipping charges for any reason. If you received a damaged item, first check the postal label to make sure that you opted to have the package to be shipped insured, then contact your post office for information on how to file a postal claim for breakage or damage.
Orders consisting of more than 10 units of an individual item, are automatically classified as Special Orders, and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

SPECIAL ORDERS for Special Events
Items purchased in volume (10 or more units of a specific item) for Special Events, or orders that qualify for or are issued a Special Order discount are considered to be Special Orders.
The entire order must be paid for at the time the order is placed. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. THE ITEMS ORDERED MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED for any reason, even if your event has been postponed or cancelled
All actual shipping fees are due and collected on date of shipment.
Items delivered on special order may not be returned for refund, for any reason.
Pricing is dependent upon what we are billed from manufacturer for placing your special order. If we receive an extra volume discount, then we will pass that savings in proportion back to the customer placing the speical order. However, should the manufacturer have a price increase that takes place on date of order, then we must add the price increase to the Special order. All sales are final.

**PAYMENT & SHIPPING METHODS**
EXPRESS SHIPPING USA domestic Only AllTheWest Gifts charges a $7.95 handling fee to expidite such RUSH orders in addition to actual U.S. Postal Service Express weight-based shipping charges, which typically begin at $17-$21 based on a one-pound package (and more for heavier items). Express orders to be shipped via UPS via 2-Day Air or 3-Day Select must be placed by phone to our customer service department at 1-866-WEST123 and MUST be received by 11:00 a.m. MST for Express shipping Monday through Friday. Express orders received after noon on Friday through Sunday will ship Monday. Please note that Express does not mean Overnight delivery! However, USPS does guarantee 2-Day Delivery to most areas in the Continental US. AllTheWest Gifts does not provide overnight shipping to any location. Once the package leaves AllTheWest Gifts, we are not responsible for the shipping delivery date and we do not refund shipping expenses for any reason. If you pay for Express shipping and the item is not delivered by postal service within their 2-day time frame, you will need to contact the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE to seek a refund for the actual Express shipping charges.
ORDERING FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN THE UNITED STATES Domestic orders within the U.S. can be placed securely online, by phone OR via mail order. ORDERING FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS We also ship to many countries worldwide, so international orders are also welcome. However, due to U.S. postal retrictions for global delivery packages, please be advised that we are NOT able to insure international shipments. Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility we have no control over delivery time and we are NOT liable for any loss, shortage or damage that may occur. Also, please be aware that international shipments shipped via U.S. Postal Service (international mail) are not trackable once they leave the United States, so please understand that we cannot track the whereabouts of any international packages. It is wise to allow a full 4-6 weeks for international delivery even for Global Priority delivery due to delays which may occur after your package enters the Customs process. If after this time your package is suspected of having been lost in shipment, the best we can do from our end is to supply all shipping documentation to your credit card company which will provide proof of when the package was shipped. As a side note, the good news here is that of all shipments we have sent via postal international delivery, we are not aware of any to date that were lost in shipment, and delays in overseas shipment are normal and should be expected especially during the peak of holiday season and other times (commonly during the summer) when Customs agents may be experiencing high volume. Shipping destinations include anywhere within the United States, Great Britain, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. PAYMENT METHODS: Primarily, all online credit card orders are processed by our secured server through Authorize.net, the leading provider of Internet-based transaction services, which provides the highest levels of secure transaction infrastructure available to e-commerce merchants. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery & American Express. All invoicing, billing and packing slips will be noted as fulfilled under our trade name of ALL THE WEST GIFTS 'n' GOURMET. Alternatively, we also offer the option of payments made by PayPal, which accepts credit card, e-check or bank transfer payments. For those who don't feel comfortable with ordering online, or simply wish to pay for their order by check or money order, there are 2 ways from which you can choose to process your order: (a.)
